Account Director

Own relationships with enterprise accounts, presenting to C-suite executives and driving strategic initiatives. Must have agency experience with $5M+ accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with enterprise-level clients and C-suite executives
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand account relationships
  • Present complex performance data and strategic recommendations to executives
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention across your portfolio

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of agency experience with enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record managing $5M+ annual accounts
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients
  • Background in performance marketing or analytics
  • Existing network of enterprise marketing contacts
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns
  • Track record of account growth and upselling
