James is a co-founder and partner at Pivotal Consulting Group (PCG), a marketing and analytics company. PCG uses Google to boost your business growth, working closely to improve B2B pipelines or DTC ROAS by leaning into advanced measurement solutions. Prior to founding PCG, James spent five years at Google working with the largest Healthcare advertisers to learn how to leverage their first-party data in their marketing strategies. James later spent time at Amazon establishing the first marketing measurement framework into the Finance organization at AWS. James spent my career helping large organization measure, optimize, and scale their marketing investment. He rolled this philosophy into the spirit of PCG.
