Client Partner

As a Client Partner at PCG, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, spearheading initiatives to drive digital success. You will collaborate closely with our diverse client base, providing strategic guidance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and impeccable communication skills.

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B and eCommerce clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute tailored digital strategies that align with their goals and drive measurable results.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and strategy sessions to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including paid search, programmatic advertising, and social media.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, enhance targeting strategies, and maximize ROI for clients.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Strategic Guidance:

  • Leverage industry expertise and market insights to provide strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and address client challenges effectively.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the digital landscape, advising clients on best practices and opportunities for optimization.

Client Advocacy:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and championing initiatives that drive their success.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand our service offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive client experience at every touchpoint.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
  • Experience in the consulting or agency environment is a plus.
